Welcome! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Shone.gg. We operate this online store (powered by Shopify), offering handmade and made‑to‑order video game paintings and prints (the “Services”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) include our policies and describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services.

By visiting, browsing, or purchasing, you agree to these Terms and to the policies outlined in relevant sections of the website. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or buy from us.

1. Access & Account

By placing an order with us, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your region, or have guardian permission.
To place orders or browse our custom items, you’ll need to share accurate personal info (email, payment, shipping). You’re solely responsible for account security and all activity under your account. Please don’t transfer or share your login.

2. Our Products

I try my best to faithfully represent colors and quality online, but each screen varies—your piece may look slightly different in person. All items are handmade or printed to order, so actual results may differ. Product listings may be updated or discontinued anytime, and I may limit quantities based on region or demand.

3. Orders

Placing an order is your offer to buy. I reserve the right to accept or decline an order for any reason. Your order is official once I confirm and process payment. Please double-check your order—changes or cancellations may not be possible after I begin production.

All sales are final unless covered in my Refund/Return Policy. Orders are for personal use only—not for reselling or export.

4. Prices & Billing

Product prices and promotions may change anytime. The price you pay is the one quoted when you order. Sales tax, shipping, and customs fees, if applicable, will be added at checkout.
You agree to provide and update accurate payment and shipping details. By paying, you confirm your payment method is valid and authorized.

5. Rush & Deadlines

While I don’t offer guaranteed rush orders, I can work with deadlines if you contact me well in advance. Please message me before ordering with your target date (e.g., a birthday or event). Without prior notice, orders will follow standard turnaround times.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing time is typically 3–4 business weeks, with custom paintings varying by waitlist and notice.

  • I ship once weekly, usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays. No shipping on weekends or postal holidays.

  • All orders go via USPS. Title and risk transfer to you once your package is with USPS.

  • I’m not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or postal issues. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

You’ll get an email with a tracking number once your order ships. No tracking = still in progress.

7. Damage or Lost Packages

I carefully hand-pack each order. Once tracking is provided, I’m not responsible for lost or stolen packages—that’s between you and the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please reach out so I can help find a solution.

8. Returns & Refunds

Since everything is handmade or printed to order, I do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Before you buy, please ensure your order is exactly right.
Still, if there’s a problem, message me—I’ll do my best to make it right.

9. Intellectual Property

All content related to "Shone / Shone.gg" (images, text, logos) on this site is owned by me or my licensors and protected.

Each painting and print I offer is based on imagery from video games. I do not claim ownership of the underlying intellectual property, characters, environments, or concepts depicted in the original games. All rights to those belong to their respective creators and copyright holders.

What I do own are the physical and digital artworks I create—my interpretations, brushwork, compositions, and designs. These paintings are original, handmade fan works intended for personal enjoyment and appreciation.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly display any part of my work without written permission.

10. Third‑Party Tools & Links

The site includes third-party features and links which are not under my control. Use them at your own risk and review their terms separately—I’m not accountable for their content or functionality.

11. Shopify’s Role

This store is powered by Shopify, but the transaction is between you and Shone.gg. Shopify is not responsible for your order or any issue arising from it.

12. Privacy

Your personal info is used in line with our Privacy Policy, as well as Shopify’s policies where relevant. Refer to the privacy section of the website for full details.

13. Feedback

Have ideas or improvements? If you submit feedback (reviews, suggestions), you grant me a perpetual, worldwide license to use it however I like, royalty-free.
(So please don’t share private or sensitive info in public feedback.)

14. Errors & Corrections

Occasionally there may be typos or inaccuracies (wrong pricing, missing descriptions). I reserve the right to correct these and cancel orders that were based on misinformation.

15. Your Conduct

While using the site or contacting me, please act respectfully and lawfully. Don’t spam, harass, hack, or violate intellectual property. If you do, I reserve the right to block or terminate your access.

16. Termination

I may suspend or terminate accounts at my discretion. Relevant sections of these Terms (e.g., intellectual property, liability disclaimers) survive termination.

17. Warranty & Liability Disclaimer

Everything is provided “as is”—I don’t guarantee flawless performance, appearance, or delivery. I’m not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the site or products, within the limits allowed by law.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of my place of business. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

19. Changes to Terms

I may update these Terms occasionally. It’s your responsibility to check back regularly. Your continued use after changes means you accept them.
