Shipping & Process

Each painting is handmade. Custom paintings usually take around 1 week to create, but this can vary depending on how many commissions I’m working on.

Once finished, shipping takes an additional 1–2 weeks. I ship once a week in batches. I don’t offer rush orders unless we’ve agreed on a deadline before confirming your order.

All orders are tracked, tracking numbers are provided if requested.

 

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final, no returns or exchanges.

Every item is carefully packaged and checked before shipping. I’m not responsible for damage, loss, or theft once it’s in transit. If something’s wrong, reach out and I will do my best to help.
